We provide patients at risk of, or with an established case of malnutrition ongoing access to oral nutrition support by supplying a range of oral nutrition products.
After initial referral by a dietician, we provide patients at risk of, or with an established case of malnutrition ongoing access to oral nutrition support by supplying a range of oral nutrition products.
Further support
As well as providing oral nutrition products, we also follow up with any appropriate pharmaceutical care support.
Our team has a range of valuable educational material that can help support recovery or prevent malnutrition.
We work closely with dieticians and GP services to ensure all patients in the community get the support they need.
